Emma & Tom
photographed by Ola Hopper
I first met Emma and Tom when they were making their way back to the U.K after travelling. They were in Sitges for only two days. On day one we met and got to know each other. On day two we took a trip to the Masia Al Miral. Both Emma and Tom were open to ideas so I showed them all the possibilities. The Masia produces it´s own cava from the vineyards surrounding the house and it was here that Emma and Tom decided to have their ceremony.
Hair and make-up was done by friends and Emma herself.
Whilst Emma and her bridal party were curling, brushing and painting the rest of the party were enjoying the Masia and all it had to offer. Good for them.
The Masias in house chef created an amazing menu for Emma and Tom that lasted the entire day.
After a relaxing morning everyone got down to the business of dressing for the ceremony. Its this time that myself and my wonderful team decorate. The ceremony area was in the vineyard and the reception meal was to be under the shade of a climbing vine.
Ola from fotografia sitges took loads of amazing photographs. Here are just some of them.
Ahh the boys. Some were good and some .... let´s say had to do a lot of post wedding chores.
Lovely ladies who could do no wrong.
Instead of having a table plan Emma had gathered info on everyone and placed clue cards in front of each place. People had to figure out which facts connected to which person and which seat. It was a brilliant idea but Emma did say it took a long time to get together.
Live flamenco music whilst people ate their dinner followed by drummers who really really got people off their dinner seats and dancing.
A lovely wedding for a very cute couple. Thank you for trusting me to be a part of it.
